If you experience a skin reaction to any of our products, we offer a full refund when proof of the reaction is provided.

  • The reaction must occur within 7 days of product use.
  • Please contact us immediately atThe Daily Grind with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the reaction
    • Photos as evidence of the reaction

We will review your claim and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Returns for Other Reasons

Under New Zealand Consumer Law, you are entitled to remedies if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it is supposed to.

  • If your product is faulty or not as described, please contact us at The Daily Grind within a reasonable timeframe.
  • We may ask for photos of the product to assess the issue.
  • Approved claims will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you.

Please note: We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind once products have been used, unless covered under the skin reaction or faulty product clauses above.
