2. Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website.
• Payment must be made in full before products are prepared or shipped.
• We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
• Custom orders and made-to-order products may have a longer turnaround time — we’ll keep you updated.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within New Zealand. For international shipping, please contact us directly.
• Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number if applicable.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and whether the item is made-to-order.
• The Daily Grind is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery information.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However:

• If your product arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We’ll happily replace or refund items that are defective or incorrect.
• To start a return, email thedailygrindbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
