The Daily Grind is a New Zealand-based small business making skincare using natural ingredients, tea and coffee infusions, and sustainable practices. All of our products are made in small batches with care and intention.
2. Orders & Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website.
- Payment must be made in full before products are prepared or shipped.
- We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
- Custom orders and made-to-order products may have a longer turnaround time — we’ll keep you updated.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within New Zealand. For international shipping, please contact us directly.
- Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number if applicable.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and whether the item is made-to-order.
- The Daily Grind is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery information.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However:
- If your product arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll happily replace or refund items that are defective or incorrect.
- To start a return, email thedailygrindbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
5. Product Information
- All products are made using natural and often seasonal ingredients. Colour, scent, or texture may vary slightly between batches.
- We do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any skin condition. Please consult your doctor or dermatologist for medical advice.
- Always patch test new products before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or are pregnant.
6. Customisations & Allergies
We offer ingredient substitutions for allergies or sensitivities — just reach out to us before ordering. We are not liable for reactions to ingredients disclosed in our listings.

All content on this site (including logos, text, images, product names, and descriptions) belongs to The Daily Grind and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
